The power of milkweed
Minsolite®
Minsolite® is an advanced insulation material designed to provide warmth, comfort, and protection in a variety of conditions. Made of 80% minimally processed, wild-harvested milkweed fluff and 20% synthetic binder fiber. It combines wild-harvested milkweed fibers with a synthetic binder to create a lightweight, breathable, and water-resistant insulation solution.

Lightweight Warmth
The hollow milkweed fibers create a highly efficient thermal layer that delivers exceptional warmth at just 50gsm and under 3mm thick, keeping you warm while maintaining mobility without adding bulk.

Water-Resistant
Each milkweed fiber is coated with a natural wax, repelling water and keeping you dry even in damp conditions.

Breathable Performance
Minsolite wicks moisture away from the body up to 50% faster than down and 70% faster than synthetic materials, ensuring you stay comfortable and dry.
Innovation Rooted in History

Our journey began in the 1980s, when early prototypes were crafted to create jackets for the Polar Ice Coring Office in Antarctica and Greenland. These jackets underwent rigorous field testing in some of the most extreme climates on Earth, receiving high praise for their exceptional warmth and comfort.
Overcoming initial challenges, the development of Minsolite® evolved into a groundbreaking insulation technology.
Today, it stands as a testament to decades of research and dedication, offering a sustainable and high-performance solution that meets the demands of modern outdoor enthusiasts and environmentally conscious consumers.
