ELIGIBILITY

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Tags attached and original packaging included
• Return or exchange request made within 14 days of the delivery date
• Proof of purchase is required

TIMEFRAME

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Returns requested outside this window will not be accepted.

REFUND DETAILS

• Full-price items are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.
• Discounted items (less than 50% off) are eligible for return in exchange for an online gift card at the amount paid.
• Final Sale items (discounted 50% or more) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

EXCLUSIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Used, worn, or washed products
• Items missing original tags or packaging

SHIPPING

• Return shipping is deducted from your refund when using our return label or QR code.
• Customer pays for shipping if using their own return method.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service if not using our label.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Start a Return or Exchange
   Log into your account and go to Order Details, or visit our Return Portal if you checked out as a guest. Be ready with your order number and purchaser’s last name.
   
   
2. Submit Your Request
   • Select the item(s) to return or exchange
   • Choose your reason
   • Select your preferred return method
     
     
3. Pack Your Items
   Reuse original packaging if possible. Print your return label or use the QR code at FedEx Office.
   
   
4. Ship Your Package
   Drop off your package at FedEx or USPS.
   
   
5. Receive Confirmation
   You’ll receive an email when your refund or exchange is processed.
