We harness the power of milkweed, one of nature’s most remarkable plants, to create Minsolite, an ultra-lightweight, high-performance insulation that rivals traditional down and synthetic fills—without harming animals and reducing our dependence on fossil fuels.
Milkweed-Based Insulation
As a hollow plant-based fiber, milkweed traps air and heat, making it incredibly lightweight while allowing breathability. Minsolite uses this power to offer a renewable, cruelty-free alternative to down and synthetics—without compromising comfort or performance.
Eco-Friendly Fabrics
We prioritize responsibly sourced, long-lasting textiles. Our outer fabric is made from upcycled “ghost nets”—discarded fishing gear that harms marine life—and other recycled ocean plastics. Additional materials are recycled or sustainably produced.
LOW-WASTE PRODUCTION
Our vests are crafted with low-waste methods, from pattern design to production. We minimize fabric scraps, energy use, and excess packaging to reduce environmental impact at every step of the supply chain.
